We would first encourage you to activate your Tenant Portal. This portal allows you to schedule, pay, and track your rent payments online in a variety of payment options. If you encounter a repair issue, please let us know via our online system. We will schedule your problem to be resolved as soon as possible. In property emergencies where tenant safety or property is at risk, contact us immediately at 808-521-0081. This is also our after hours emergency line.

Our Lani Properties team works hard at maintaining our properties and ask that residents respect the properties they lease. Please be good neighbors and leave any common areas as they were found.
