WARREN MF HO

Warren MF Ho, President & Principal Broker of Lani Properties, has had a Hawaii Real Estate license since 1968. He has been involved in developing real estate projects on Kauai, Maui and Oahu. Since 1970, he was a very active Builder/Developer member and Past President of the Building Industry Association of Hawaii (1980). He has also been very active in National Association Home Builders. He has been appointed to the powerful Budget & Finance Committee for 18 of the past 22 years and currently is a Director of the International Housing Committee. He has traveled to Washington, D.C. Headquarters of National Association Home Builders on an average of two times a year to attend committee meetings with senior officers.

Besides building buildings, working with government officials to get building permits, subdivision approvals, and land use changes, Warren Ho also managed to serve his country for 30 plus years and retired as a US Army Colonel.
